Rose “Polly” Pauline Eubank, 81 of Charles Town, passed away Saturday, February 2, 2013 at home under the care of hospice. Born December 14, 1931 in Warm Springs, VA she was the daughter of the late Floyd Marion Myers and Mattie Mabel Faulkner. She was a homemaker and a member of the New Destiny Church. She is survived by one son, Ricky Gordon Eubank, Sr. of Berkeley Springs, seven grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, John L. Eubank, Sr., sons, John Langford Eubank, Jr. and Gary Edwin Eubank, daughters, Dorothy Anne and Mary Emma Eubank. Funeral services will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday, February 6, 2013 at the Jefferson Chapel Funeral Home with the Pastors Sharon and Crystal Coley officiating. Interment will be in the Boyd’s Presbyterian Church Cemetery, Boyd’s, MD with the Pastor Merritt Ednie officiating. The family will receive friends 2-4 and 6-8 p.m Tuesday.
