Obituary for Anthony Warren Offutt
Anthony Warren Offutt, 53, of Martinsburg, passed away on Sunday, July 26, 2020 at the Canterbury Center.
Born May 22, 1967 in Martinsburg, he is the son of Clarence C. Offutt III and wife Judy & Janet (Windsor) Memmott and husband Bryan.
Anthony worked in commercial construction where he operated heavy equipment.
In addition to his parents, he is survived by one brother, Clarence “Mike” Offutt IV and wife, Jo; one niece, Sarah Catherine Offutt Roberts; one nephew, Michael Offutt; and special friend, Scotty Atwell.
A private graveside service will be held at Gerrardstown Presbyterian Cemetery at a later date.
