Obituary for Edward Martin Blandford
Edward Martin Blandford, 60, of Inwood, passed away on Friday, August 28, 2020 at home.
Born June 12, 1960 in Washington, DC he is the son of Thomas Ray Blandford, Jr. and the late Margaret O’Neil Blandford.
In addition to his father, he is survived by his wife, Linda Smith Blandford; two sons, Timothy S. Blandford and Michael E. Blandford; one brother, Thomas Ray Blandford, III (Kelly); one sister, Teresa Blandford Pepper (Timothy); seven nieces; six nephews; three great-nieces; and three great-nephews.
He was preceded in death by a brother, David C. Blandford; brother-in-law, Jeffrey A. Smith; mother-in-law, Lorraine P. Smith; and father-in-law Charles E. Smith.
The Brown Funeral Home South Berkeley Chapel in Inwood will be open for family to receive friends only from the hours 1:00PM to 2:00PM on Friday, September 11, 2020 followed by a service with Pastor Tim Butler officiating.
Interment will be in Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.
