Obituary for Frances Louise Proctor (Harpine)
Frances Louise Harpine Proctor, 95, of Martinsburg, passed away Wednesday, July 22, 2020 at the Hospice Inpatient Facility.
Born May 21, 1925 in Canton, Ohio, she was the daughter of the late Franklin Russel Harpine and Maude (Hensel) Harpine.
She is survived by one son, Lewis Proctor, Jr., and wife, Shirley of Custer, SD; two grandchildren, William Proctor of Mitchell, SD, and Bradley Proctor of Sturgis, SD; three great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; and a special niece, Sharon Renaldo, and her family, Debbie, Ruth, and Frank.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lewis J. Proctor; four brothers, Frank, Everett, Marshall, and Alfred; and four sisters, Hazel, Madeline, Madgeline, and Dorothy.
A private graveside service will be held at Pleasant View Memory Gardens.
