Jettie Marcie Turner, 90, of Kearneysville, passed away on Thursday, October 15, 2020 at her residence.
Born September 15, 1930 in Chesterfield County, SC, she was the daughter of the late H. C. Harrell and Carrie Tyner Harrell
She was an inspector with Doubleday Books. She attended the Pentecostal Church in Middleway, WV.
She is survived by three sons, Michael “Bo” Turner and wife Suzan of Buckhannon, WV, Richard “Peanut” Turner and wife, Yvonne, and Timothy “Tim” (Wilma) both of Kearneysville; one daughter, Teresa A Watson and husband, Donald of Kearneysville; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren; two sisters, Maudie Roberts of Laurinburg, NC and Pat Dees and husband, George of Raleigh, NC.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Ray” Shorty” Richard Turner; two brothers, Prentice and Creighton Harrell; one sister, Margaret Snipes.
Services and interment will be private.
