Patrick Michael Willoughby, 66, of Martinsburg, passed away on Sunday, August 9, 2020 at Hagerstown Healthcare Center.
Born October 31, 1953 in Washington, DC, he is the son of Charles Sherwood Willoughby and the late Patsy Ploughman.
He is survived by significant other, Carol Brill Barker; a daughter, Samantha Koch; a sister, Terry Bjornson and husband, Doug; and a brother in law, John.
He was preceded in death by a sister, Jody Pesch.
Service and interment are private.
