Penny Renae Tinsman, 51, of Hedgesville, passed away on Monday, August 24, 2020.

Born May 25, 1969 in Martinsburg, she was the daughter of Bonita Dunham Sine and the late Boyd Vernon LeHew, Jr.

She is survived by her husband Douglas Phillip Tinsman; two sons, Justin Parsons and Dalton Young; one daughter, Ashley Parsons; one stepson, Matthew Tinsman; one stepdaughter, Jennifer Stavely; seven grandchildren, Jaelynn, Wade, Willow, Landen, Bayley, Darrion, and Kalayah; three brothers, Rodney LeHew, Troy LeHew and James Lee Kees; three sisters, Denise Shifflett, Angel Roberts and Candy LeHew McDonald.

Central Chapel Church, 2546 Back Creek Valley Rd, Hedgesville, WV 25427, will be open to receive friends only from the hours of 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM on Thursday, September 3, 2020.

Funeral service will be held on Friday, September 4, 2020 at 11:00 AM at the church with Pastor Keith Walsworth officiating.

Visitors will be required to wear face masks, practice social distancing, and follow directives.

Interment will be in Central Chapel Cemetery.
