Obituary for Perry Dwane Foster
Perry Dwane Foster, age 69, of Great Cacapon, WV, passed away on Sunday, September 27, 2020 at Winchester Medical Center.
Born August 15, 1951 in Torrence, CA, he was the son of the late Robert Foster and Roberta Foster Morral.
He was a graduate of Brooklyn Park High School, and worked for Sherwin Williams in Baltimore, MD before retiring to Great Cacapon.
He is survived by his daughter, Melissa Foster of Martinsburg, sister Gloria Cudnik and husband Dave of Baltimore, MD, brother Ron Foster of Rawlins, MD, and sister Sue Foster and husband Jim Melton of Crystal River, FL. He is also loved and missed by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his step father Blake Morral, sister-in-law Cindy Foster, and his former wife Mella Foster Gregg.
A memorial service will be announced at a later date.
