Ralph “Ozzy” Elmer Metzer, 49, of Martinsburg, WV passed away on Sunday, August 2, 2020.
Born April 17, 1971 in Frederick County, MD, he was the son of the late Zane Metzer and Mary Norris.
Ozzy was employed at Jefferson Asphalt.
He lived life to the fullest with no regrets. He had a big heart and a special place in his heart for children.
He is survived by his fiancée, Julie Repp; one nephew, Matthew Fisher; and one niece, Kaitlyn Fisher.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one sister, Twana Sue Fisher, and brother-in-law, Larry Fisher.
Services and interment will be private.
