Six weeks ago yesterday....it was a hard day, maybe my mind is starting to realize...maybe life just never will be right. You are always loved, always thought of, and forever a piece of me.

Three weeks today. Nothing feels better, nothing feels the same, my life is shattered. Morning coffee isn’t the same, my 7:00am phone call to check goes unanswered. The weekends drag by. You are gone. I can’t hold your hand, read the newspaper with you, talk about the news, ask for advice, my soul is lost. I love you, Pap, forever.
