Born January 12, 1956 in Syracuse, NY he was the son of the late Francis Robert Kelly and Verna Lillian
Morgan Kelly.

He is survived by his wife, Tamara Schenck Kelly; one son, Shawn P. Kelly; four step-children; nine grandchildren; two brothers; and two sisters.
